I learned this the hard way. In 2011, I had everything on paper – the title, the budget, the career path. Yet I was drowning my inner voice to maintain the facade. When corporate denied a promotion, it wasn’t just a setback – it was permission to listen to what I already knew.

I quit. No safety net. No entrepreneurship experience. Just a powerful decision.

I left corporate. Left Italy. Never looked back.

Every mistake since then taught me the same lesson: power isn’t in having all the answers. It’s in being willing to sit with the questions. The uncertainty that once terrified me became my guide. Chaos became my best friend.
